Worldline offers versatile business solutions in the field of customer contact. The solutions of Worldline increase the efficiency of contact centers and improve interaction with the end customer. The solution for contact center offers various services, such as interactive voice systems for the automation of telephone inquiries. Core component is an Automatic Call Distribution Engine, which - depending on the content of the customer inquiry through multiple channels and definable routing rules - connects the caller directly to the proper agent. WL Contact controls multi-channel-interactions based on a cloud service easily with a commercial browser. The location of the agent, placed whether in the contact center or home office, does not matter anymore with WL Contact.
The solution of Worldline, digital store, connects the stationary retail sector with a connected expert. When navigating on the digital store interactive display, shoppers can request assistance immediately by scanning a QR-code. The solution enables retailers to reach their customers at the right time via the right medium, providing the agent the contextual information from the shopper’s experience in order to deliver the best possible answer.
CallCenterWorld is the leading trade fair in Europe for customer communications and contact centers. About 7,600 representatives are attending the event every year. 2016 a new hall concept is presented which offers more space for visitors, exhibitors, ideas and conversations.
