Since 1986, Worldline APAC’s Financial Services has developed long-term partnerships with our clients in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippine, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, China, Brunei, Vietnam and Thailand. Our key industry sectors are financial institutions, oil and gas, the car financing industry and joint ventures with Fintechs and 3rd party processors. We help more than 100 of the top financial institutions in Asia Pacific with direct presence in 6 countries that serves more than 12 countries in the region.
A key business model offering is Managed Card Services (MCS), which has been very successful as the 1st MCS customer contract dates from 1999 remains a Worldline customer to this day, a true testament of their trust and confidence in our capability and knowledge to deliver the best solution for them. MCS is the business model that showcases Worldline’s capabilities in card management solutions, all applicable interfaces, network and security to support our customers successfully in their payment offerings to their customers.
Since 2010, Worldline’s TSS (Terminals Solutions and Services) has successfully developed long-term partnerships with our customers in Asia Pacific across all channels, in-store, online and mobile. As of today, Worldline’s TSS has direct local presence in 11 markets and serves another 6 through its network of partners.
Worldline’s MS (Merchant Services) is a trusted partner for financial institutions, ISVs and retailers, from small merchants to several of the world’s best known global brands. We deliver end-to-end in-store commerce solutions and payment acceptance services to our customers and partners, from latest generation payment devices to software development and managed field services. In Australia we operate our merchant business under the Paymark brand, and in Australia we are about to launch a Joint Venture with ANZ to service some 85.000 merchants across the country, giving customers access to our leading roadmap of product innovations.
