  • Yes, this offer is available only for new customers. If you are already a Worldline customer, you can contact us here to discuss your options.

  • As a company, you can easily register here.

  • Once the order has been received, it will be shipped within 3-5 working days.

  • Our free online portal myPortal is available for an overview of all transactions. You will receive the link and access data via e-mail.
    In the portal, you have access to all cashless payments around the clock. The online customer portal offers you a structured overview of your transactions and payments. All information is also available as a download. Numerous filter functions allow you to search for individual transactions and details. In addition, myPortal supports the financial reconciliation processes between credits, transactions and your accounting.

  • Mastercard, Debit Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, V PAY, Visa Debit, TWINT, Diners Club International, Discover, JCB, UnionPay and Alipay+.

    • PostFinance Card: An additional contract is required to accept the PostFinance Card. We will prepare the agreement for your during the ordering process. Please sign it and return it to PostFinance, and we will activate it on your terminal once PostFinance receives the agreement.
    • American Express: An additional contract with Swisscard is required to accept American Express. Please contact us.
    • WeChat Pay: An additional contract is required to accept WeChat Pay. Please contact us.
  • You can also accept other local means of payment. To do this, however, you need to enter into an agreement directly with the respective card brand. After ordering Axium EX4000, please contact the respective card brand required. As soon as the additional agreement has been made, please contact our customer service at customerservices@worldline.com so they can activate the other means of payment on your terminal.

  • You will get your payment 48 hours after daily closing has been completed. Daily closing is used to deliver and finalise all transactions made. After the daily closing process, the amounts are credited to the bank account. A daily closing should be carried out at least once per day, preferably when the store has closed for the day.

  • With Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC), your customers can easily pay in their card currency. This service allows you to offer your customers real added value and to secure attractive commission for every transaction.

  • No, the Axium EX4000 terminal is only approved for use in Switzerland.

  • The best and fastest charging performance is achieved using theincluded USB-C cable. 

  • The payment terminal will be sent by Swiss post. You will receive your invoice by e-mail.

  • You will receive an invoice statement for your records. Please note that the rent amount is automatically deducted from your transactions, so no additional action is needed on your part. 

  • The time it takes to complete risk checks can vary depending on your business type and the information your provide during onboarding process. The initial risk assessment can take from 1 up to 5 business days. In some cases, we might contact you directly and ask for additional information or documents required to complete the assessment.

  • On payment terminals without an integrated printer, receipts are handled digitally. After each transaction, a QR code apears on screen, allowing customers to scan with their smartphone to download the receipt. Merchant receipts, along with daily summaries, are sent directlt to your specified email address.
