Confirm your registration on Tap on Mobile Portal and activate your account. Worldline will send you an email with an activation link.
To complete the app installation, you need to register your iPhone. To do this, you will need a Tap on Mobile Portal account. Follow the instructions in the app to complete the account link to the app.
Install the Tap on Mobile app on your iPhone. During the app installation, a compatibility check with your iPhone will be performed.
Finish app setup: Set a security code. Activate the Tap to Pay app on your iPhone and accept the terms using your Apple ID.
When making your first payment, the app will ask for permission to access your location.
Open the Worldline Tap on Mobile app on your iPhone, and enter the purchase amount.
Your customer holds their card or their device horizontally over the contactless symbol on your iPhone for a few seconds.
Open the transaction menu, select the transaction you want to cancel, and select “Cancel”.
Press OK to cancel the transaction.
The transaction has been successfully canceled.
The Tap to Pay on iPhone with the Tap on Mobile app is compatible with iPhone XS (and later models), the latest iOS version, and internet access.
The Online Portal for Tap on Mobile is essential for registering and managing your devices. Our customer portal myPortal provides a more detailed overview of all your transactions, fees and payments.
You can send a digital payment receipt to the customer by email or the cardholder can get it by scanning a QR code.
You can view your transactions directly in the app. All transactions and their status are also available on the Tap on Mobile portal. A more detailed overview of transactions, fees and payments can be found on our customer portal myPortal.
Once you have received the contract from Worldline by email, you can start making transactions. In some cases, the legally required verification may take a little longer (for example, if the documents you have submitted are incomplete). This may lead to a delay in activating the contract. Details can be found in the email with the subject line “Successful online order confirmation”.
Payments to your bank account are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Daily closing is not required. Each transaction is processed online and settlement is done automatically every day at 00.45.
