There are only 2 steps left to complete your application.

All authorized persons will receive an email asking them to confirm the order.

Step 1: Complete your contract

a) Identity verification

Have you received an email with a verification link? Grab your passport or ID card (not an electronic document) and click on the link in the email. Then confirm your identity with video identification (IDnow) and sign the contract.

b) Required signature

Was the verification successful? Then click the signing link in the same email to digitally sign all documents.

Note: If you have not completed IDnow and verification, it will not be possible to receive money to your account!

Step 2: Confirm your account and download the Tap on Mobile app

a) Confirm your account

You have successfully completed the verification. Now confirm your account via the Tap on Mobile portal. You will then receive a welcome email from no-reply@worldline-solutions.com confirming that you have completed your account confirmation.

b) Download the Tap on Mobile app

Once you have completed all the previous steps, you can download the Tap on Mobile app through this link.
