If a better exchange rate is found by the customer on the same day with the same card, then Worldline will refund you the difference.
It’s as simple as this:
Check the credit card statement, or the account statement, to see whether the payment has been made on the same day. Compare the exchange rate from Worldline with that of your card issuer.
Is the exchange rate used for the purchase not converted at the payment terminal better?
1. Download and complete the refund form for cardholders.
2. Send it no later than 60 days after purchase together with the
- Transaction receipt and a
- Copy of the credit card statement (or the account statement for debit cards)
