Worldline India CSR Report2025

Technology connects the world, but purpose transforms it. Worldline India's CSR Report FY 2024–25 captures our relentless pursuit of social impact, where every initiative becomes a catalyst for meaningful change across India's diverse communities.

The FY 2024–25 Corporate Social Responsibility Report marks a defining phase in Worldline India's journey of purpose-driven transformation. Our comprehensive initiatives span disability inclusion, child welfare, and environmental sustainability, reflecting our belief that true corporate leadership extends far beyond business operations. Through strategic partnerships with EnAble India, Catalysts for Social Action, and Indivish Welfare Foundation, we've created tangible, measurable impact that resonates across Maharashtra, Odisha, and Bengaluru. One of our most important initiatives has established the groundbreaking Disability Inclusion Centre in Bengaluru, creating accessible learning spaces equipped with assistive technologies. These initiatives demonstrate our fundamental belief in ability over disability, fostering equal opportunities for professional growth and personal empowerment. The Adopt a Home & After Care programme has transformed the lives of 316 children across Child Care Institutions in Odisha and Pune.

Our holistic approach encompasses essential well-being through comprehensive health and nutrition support, institutional capacity building, and dedicated life skills development for 60 care leavers. The programme's emphasis on socio-emotional development through joyful pedagogy has proven particularly impactful, preparing young individuals for independent living and meaningful careers. Environmental sustainability takes center stage through our ambitious Jal Sanjeevani water conservation project. By implementing large-scale desilting efforts across 37 water bodies in Maharashtra, we've created approximately 400 million litres of water storage capacity.  This transformative initiative has converted barren land into cultivable resources, directly benefiting 500 farmers and significantly reducing rural migration by enabling second crops and increased livestock opportunities.

What truly distinguishes our CSR approach is the enthusiastic participation of our workforce.  Over 150 Worldline volunteers have contributed more than 2,000 hours this year, serving as English communication mentors, facilitating workplace exposure visits, and engaging directly with communities. Their dedication transforms corporate commitment into personal action, creating authentic connections that amplify our impact exponentially. Our comprehensive governance framework ensures transparency and accountability across all initiatives. The strategic fund allocation demonstrates our commitment to responsible resource distribution, with 45.3% supporting disability inclusion, 32.4% advancing child welfare, and 22.3% driving environmental sustainability. This balanced approach reflects our understanding that sustainable change requires integrated solutions addressing multiple community needs simultaneously.

At Worldline India, we recognize that technology connects the world, but purpose transforms it. Our CSR initiatives seamlessly integrate with our global Trust 2025 commitments, translating international sustainability goals into meaningful local actions.  As we look forward, our roadmap includes scaling successful programmes, and doubling employee volunteering participation through innovative engagement formats. The convergence of corporate responsibility and technological innovation positions Worldline as a catalyst for positive social transformation. Our comprehensive approach to CSR demonstrates that sustainable business success and community empowerment are not competing priorities but complementary forces that drive lasting change across India.
