Questions and answers

  • The payment terminal is delivered fully configured and ready to use thanks to Plug & Play. Before using it for the first time, charge the terminal using the charging station included in the box.

  • The terminal is delivered with a 4G SIM card included so that you can accept payments right away, wherever you are. You can also connect your terminal to a WiFi network. To do this, simply follow the instructions provided in the box with your terminal when it is delivered.

  • You can easily consult the transactions carried out on your terminal directly. Moreover, the online portal myPortal provides a clear and detailed overview of all transactions and facilitates the financial reconciliation process. Access to myPortal is provided when placing your order.

  • Transactions are paid into your bank account on the next working day, after the daily closing has been done. This means that if you make a transaction today, you will see it appear in your bank account the next day (working day).

    Thanks to the daily closing, all transactions processed during the day are delivered and finalized. The amounts are then credited. Such a closing must be performed at least once a day, preferably after the store closes. Please note that the first payment will only occur once we have confirmed that all required documents have been submitted correctly.

  • Yes, you can also accept payments with American Express. Please note that you need an additional contract with us to do so.   • Yes, you can also accept payments with electronic vouchers (meal-, eco-, gift vouchers,...) from Pluxee, Edenred and Monizze. Please note that you need an additional contract to do so.

  • No, the Saturn 1000F2 Portable Flex is a payment terminal independent of any cash register system. Contact 02 727 70 00 if you are looking for a payment terminal that you can link to your cash register system.

  • Mastercard, Meastro, Debit Mastercard, Visa, V PAY, Visa Debit, Diners Club, JCB, Discover, UnionPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay and Bancontact.

    You can also accept payments with American Express as well as with electronic vouchers (meal-, eco-, gift vouchers,...) from Pluxee, Edenred and Monizze.   • The Multi-account function allows you to choose, for each transaction, which bank account the payment will be made to. 

    This function is particularly useful for professionals who share a payment terminal, as it allows several bank accounts to be linked to a single payment terminal. We charge EUR 20.- monthly as soon as a terminal is configured to use more than one account.

  • Yes, you can choose up to 10 terminals to purchase.

    If you have already purchased one terminal, and would like to order more, please contact us directly.

  • You will receive an invoice statement for your records. Please note that the rent amount is automatically deducted from your transactions, so no additional action is needed on your part. 

  • The time it takes to complete risk checks can vary depending on your business type and the information your provide during onboarding process. The initial risk assessment can take from 1 up to 5 business days. In some cases, we might contact you directly and ask for additional information or documents required to complete the assessment.
