This technology, which originated from Bitcoin, a cryptocurrency created in 2008, has now broken away from the financial sector to attract other sectors: insurance, art and even logistics.

The Tobacco Products Directive (2014/40/EU) aims to improve the functioning of the internal market for tobacco and related products, while ensuring a high level of health protection for European citizens. New measures intended to combat the illegal trade in tobacco products include an EU-wide tracking and tracing system for the legal supply chain among others.
