Worldline has defined its CSR TRUST 2020 commitments for each of the challenges identified in its materiality matrix in order to strengthen its leadership and define an ambitious roadmap for the years to come. This long-term ambition, with the strong commitment of Worldline's management team, aims to build trust relationships with stakeholders and create sustainable value within its ecosystem.
In just two years, Worldline has already achieved close to 40% of its TRUST 2020 goals, measured by 14 concrete key performance indicators related to its key CSR strategic challenges in the areas of service availability, sustainable innovation, customer satisfaction, security, data protection, talent attractiveness, responsible purchasing and the environment.
For example, Worldline has achieved its long-term goals in its TRUST 2020 business area by reaching an overall score of 8.1/10, in terms of customer satisfaction, and by surpassing its € 725 million objective, in terms of the revenue generated through its sustainable offers. Additionally, Worldline also achieved its TRUST 2020 climate change goal by offsetting 100% of the carbon emissions from its payment terminals’ lifecycle.
