This is why we rolled out a brilliant Mentoring program, which pairs an employee with a more experienced person as their mentor. The mentor supports the mentee in defining his/her career path, developing interpersonal skills, building a network and advising on particular challenges. The process is non-hierarchical and long-term and is a great way to get more lucid about things. Furthermore, it is voluntary-based both on the mentor side and on the mentee side.
