One major take-away is that customers shopping habits are changing – they are buying more, using different payment methods and most fully expect more change to come.

86% of respondents either started using or continued to use a digital wallet in the past months.

61% of online shoppers need to see security accreditation to feel safe.

54% like to use strong customer authentication like fingerprints or face ID.

40% of customers plan to use more subscription payment options in the future
