Worldline successfully signs a five-year € 600 million revolving credit facility

Bezons, December 20, 2018 – Worldline [Euronext: WLN], European leader in the payments and transactional services industry, today announces it has signed a five year revolving credit facility (the “Facility”), for an amount of € 600 million, maturing in December 2023, with an option for Worldline to request the extension of the Facility maturity date until December 2025.

The Facility has been arranged by a syndicate of 13 international banks (*).

The Facility will be available for general corporate purposes and is replacing the existing € 300 million facility signed with the Atos group.
