Worldline Chile awarded “Best Chile 2017” for its commitment with the well-being of its collaborators

Bezons, Santiago, 19 July 2017 - Worldline [Euronext:WLN], European leader in the payments and transactional services industry, today announces it has been awarded “Best Chile 2017”. Worldline Chile was nominated among 10 companies in the small companies’ category and was rewarded for the first place. 

Worldline Chile won the “Best Chile 2017” award in the small companies’ category (less than 150 employees), an initiative that recognizes companies’ commitment to issues such as well-being, healthy living and financial future of its collaborators. The “Best Chile 2017” award is part an employee program jointly developed by “Principal”, “PeopleFirst” and “Diario La Tercera”.

The Wellbeing@Worldline program has implemented practices that span the workers labor future, allowing new levels of collaboration and flexibility in the offices present in the country. This supported by its long term Corporate Social Responsibility ambition “TRUST 2020” that aims to increase the collaborator’s satisfaction.

It should be highlighted that Worldline Chile has a solid program in terms of insurance, benefits, health, wellness and organizational culture.
