Leading Chinese AI Company Weihu Technology partners with Worldline

Worldline announces the signing of a strategic agreement with Weihu Technology (“Weihu”) to act as their chosen AI solution provider. The agreement will see Worldline form part of the AI framework ecosystem solution offered by Weihu.

Together, Worldline, a leading e-commerce services provider, and Weihu will offer an AI-financial solution on an open platform coupled with an innovative call centre solution for the automated handling of outgoing calls and incoming enquires. The agreement will form a strong partnership between Weihu and Worldline; both proven leading solution providers with a strong presence within the industry.

The agreement was reached on 30th May 2019 and as a result confirms the position and recognition of Worldline as a leading financial solution provider on open platform and will enable Worldline to reach a larger group of customers in the banking and financial sectors in China.
