  • Once the order has been received, it will be shipped within 3-5 working days.

  • Our free online portal myPortal is available for an overview of all transactions. You will receive the link and access data via e-mail.
    In the portal, you have access to all cashless payments around the clock. The online customer portal offers you a structured overview of your transactions and payments. All information is also available as a download. Numerous filter functions allow you to search for individual transactions and details. In addition, myPortal supports the financial reconciliation processes between credits, transactions and your accounting.

  • Mastercard, Debit Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, V PAY, Visa Debit, TWINT, Diners Club International, Discover, JCB, UnionPay and Alipay+. In order to accept the PostFinance Card, you have to conclude an additional contract. 

  • Yes, PostFinance Card is included. Please note that you need an additional contract for the PostFinance Card. We prepare the agreement for you during the ordering process. You will be sent the pre-filled agreement by e-mail. All you need to do is sign and return it to PostFinance. As soon as PostFinance has received the agreement, we activate the PostFinance Card to your terminal as a means of payment.

  • Yes, you can also accept payments with American Express. Please note that you need an additional contract with Swisscard to do so. If you are interested in accepting American Express, please contact us.

  • You can also accept other local means of payment. To do this, however, you need to enter into an agreement directly with the respective card brand. After ordering Saturn 1000F2, please contact the respective card brand required. As soon as the additional agreement has been made, please contact our customer service at customerservices@worldline.com so they can activate the other means of payment on your terminal.

  • You will get your payment 48 hours after daily closing has been completed. Daily closing is used to deliver and finalise all transactions made. After the daily closing process, the amounts are credited to the bank account. A daily closing should be carried out at least once per day, preferably when the store has closed for the day.

  • With Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC), your customers can easily pay in their card currency. This service allows you to offer your customers real added value and to secure attractive commission for every transaction.

  • No, the Saturn 1000F2 Portable terminal is only approved for use in Switzerland.

  • The best and fastest charging performance is achieved using the charging cradle that is included in the box. 

  • The payment terminal will be sent by Swiss post. You will receive your invoice by e-mail.
