Just drop by our Service & Repair Center in Schlieren with your faulty payment terminal. Our expert technicians will assess the issue right away. Most repairs take about two hours – you are welcome to wait in our cozy lobby or grab a coffee at the nearby bakery. Once the repair is done, we will call you – you can either take the device home or have it shipped to your address.

No appointment is necessary. However, we recommend calling our hotline first (0800 111 600). In many cases, our support team can solve the issue remotely – and if not, they will issue a service ticket for faster handling.

That depends on your service contract. For most customers, repairs are included at no extra charge. Without a contract, standard repair rates apply, depending on your terminal model. We are happy to give you a quote over the phone or in person.

No worries – if a repair is not possible, we will provide you with a fully functional replacement device, so you can get back to business without delay.

We service all current payment terminals from Worldline (formerly SIX Payment Services) and Payone. If your device is part of a scheduled replacement due to expiring certifications, we will take care of that on the spot.

Absolutely. Just pack your terminal securely and include a brief description of the issue, your contact info, and the terminal ID. If you already have a service ticket number, include that too. Need the repaired device sent to a different address? Just let us know.

We usually repair and dispatch your device within one working day of receiving it.

Bring your terminal directly to our repair center – most issues are fixed within two hours. Drop-offs after 3:00 PM may be completed the next business day.

Please bring the full terminal setup, including any accessories like cables, chargers, or external printers. A short description of the error helps speed things up.
