Our replacement service is intended to resolve technical faults and get you back online in no time at all. Simply send us your faulty payment terminal by post and we will send you a replacement unit within the scope of the extended warranty as quickly as possible. What’s more, your payment terminals will always be protected by the latest security standards, as all software updates are included in the Comfort service package.
