The Comfort service package includes free hotline support. Do you have a question about a product? Would you like to receive advice tailored to your situation? If so, get in touch – our support team is on hand to take your call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our replacement service is intended to resolve technical faults and get you back online in no time at all. Simply send us your faulty payment terminal by post and we will send you a replacement unit within the scope of the extended warranty as quickly as possible. What’s more, your payment terminals will always be protected by the latest security standards, as all software updates are included in the Comfort service package.
