After the contract is concluded, you will receive a link to order the payment terminal through our partner, wallee. The payment will be made directly in the wallee online store.

Our free online portal, myPortal, is available for an overview of all transactions. You will receive the link and access data via email. You have access to all cashless payments around the clock in the portal. The online customer portal offers you a structured overview of your transactions and payments. All information is also available for download. Numerous filter functions enable the search for individual transactions and details. In addition, myPortal supports the processes of financial reconciliation between remunerations, transactions and your accounting.

After ordering the terminals from wallee (Go to terminal order) and successfully applying for an acceptance contract with Worldline (Apply now), the delivery time is usually approx. 2-3 days. Please note that terminals will only be shipped after a successful application for an acceptance contract. Confirmation of a successful application is automatically sent to us and all terminals ordered are then dispatched.

No, the terminal is only approved for use in Switzerland and exclusively in CHF.

The offer is particularly suitable for small event organizers, sports festivals, associations, market stalls, food stands, and other event variations that generate an annual turnover of up to 1 million and want to accept card payments, but do not want to pay monthly fixed costs or basic fees.

In order to be able to accept payments at your event, you need two things: an acceptance contract for the common payment methods with Worldline and an order for the desired number of terminals from wallee. Please apply for / order both separately. The order does not matter, but please note that your terminal order will only be sent after you have successfully applied for an acceptance contract.
