Worldline Switzerland receives two awards

Worldline has received the "Certified by Great Place to Work®" award. This certificate is awarded annually by Great Place to Work®, an independent international research and consulting network.
The certification is based on a special procedure that takes into account an employee survey and an assessment of human resources measures. Worldline has also received the "Top Employer" award in Switzerland for its outstanding human resources management.
Great Place to Work
The Great Place to Work certificate is awarded to companies that are rated as particularly positive in employee surveys. The basis for the certification is an employee survey conducted in November 2022, in which 72% of all Worldline employees in Switzerland participated. The focus is on the topics of credibility, respect, fairness, pride and team spirit - qualities that characterize an attractive and high-performance work culture. Worldline Switzerland concludes with a Trust Index of 67%. This shows a comprehensive evaluation of the experienced quality and attractiveness of the workplace culture at the Swiss location.
Worldline has been conducting employee surveys together with Great Place to Work® since 2012. Based on the results, topics worthy of optimization are worked on together with the employees and concrete measures are derived. Management and employees work hand in hand to create a "Great Place to Work".
Top Employer
Worldline Switzerland has received the "Top Employer" award from the Top Employers Institute for the second time in a row after 2022. The global authority recognizes excellence in human resource management, evaluating companies' HR practices based on 350 questions divided into 6 areas covering all key areas and topics in HR: Steer, Shape, Attract, Develop, Engage, Unite. This is the third year in a row that Worldline has been recognized as a top employer in various European countries.
