  • As a company, you can easily register here.

  • Once the order is received and we have received all necessary information (including last two steps: ID identification and signing the contract), it will be shipped at our expense.

  • In myPortal you have access to all cashless payments around the clock. The online customer portal offers you a structured overview of your transactions and payments. All information is also available as a download. Numerous filter functions allow you to search for individual transactions and details. In addition, myPortal supports the financial reconciliation processes between credits, transactions and your accounting.

  • Bancontact, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, VPay, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, UnionPay, JCB, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Contactless

    You can also accept payments with American Express. However, you will need an additional contract for this. If you are interested in accepting American Express, please contact our commercial team at +352 355 66 444 or via commercial.lux@worldline.com (Monday - Friday | 8:30 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 17:00).

  • Transactions are paid into your bank account on the next working day, after the daily closing has been done. This means that if you make a transaction today, you will see it appear in your bank account the next day (working day).

    Thanks to the daily closing, all transactions processed during the day are delivered and finalized. The amounts are then credited. Such a closing must be performed at least once a day, preferably after the store closes. Please note that the first payment will only occur once we have confirmed that all required documents have been submitted correctly.

  • With Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC), your customers can easily pay in their card currency. This service allows you to offer your customers real added value and to secure attractive commission for every transaction.

  • Please contact us directly.

  • Yes, the Axium EX4000 Portable Flex terminal can be used outside of Luxembourg but only inside of Europe.

  • The best and fastest charging performance is achieved using the charging cradle that is included in the box.

  • The payment terminal will be shipped at our expense. You will receive your invoice by e-mail.

  • The time it takes to complete risk checks can vary depending on your business type and the information your provide during onboarding process. The initial risk assessment can take from 1 up to 5 business days. In some cases, we might contact you directly and ask for additional information or documents required to complete the assessment.
