You will receive an e-mail to complete your order.

Step 1: Authentication required

Did you receive an email with an authentication link? Perfect! Take out your passport or identity card (no electronic ID) and click on the link. Confirm your identity using video recognition (IDnow) and sign your contract.

Step 2: Signature required

Has the authentication been successfully completed? Then click now, in the same e-mail, on the signatory link to digitally sign all documents.

If your company has multiple signatories, each of them will receive an individual e-mail to verify and sign.
Once these two steps are completed, the terminal will be shipped within 5 to 10 working days.

 

Please note that if you have not completed identification (IDnow) and verification, you cannot receive payment on your account for transactions carried out using the terminal.
