Questions and answers to Worldline online orders

  • Please have the following documents and information ready to hand:

    • Valid e-mail address and mobile telephone number for verification
    • Photo ID of the authorised signatories (driving licence, passport or identity card)
    • Company data: this includes contact data, information about the business purpose of the company, data concerning the authorised signatories and bank data

    For an e-commerce offer you will also need the following information:

    • Test URL and login details if the web shop is not publicly available
    • Description of your product and service catalogue
  • The mobile telephone number serves alongside the e-mail address as verification and as protection to prevent fraudulent orders. With dual verification, we can offer you maximum security.

  • No, the country selection must be determined right from the start. Our offers and products are tailored to the country selected.

  • The name of the account holder has to be same as the company name.

  • After successfully sending off your order online, you will get a confirmation via e-mail with a summary of your order.

    You have received a confirmation e-mail: your order is checked internally and you will receive a notification from us as well as the contract within 1 working day. Should we have any other questions about your order, a staff member from Worldline will contact you directly via e-mail or by telephone.

    If you not have received any confirmation via e-mail, please check your junk mailbox or contact: customerservices@worldline.com.

    Please be aware that in certain cases we might block the pay-outs or also processing transactions according our risk regulations for a certain period at the beginning. If this is the case we will inform you during the onboarding process and also update you as soon as we will unblock the pay-outs or processing transactions.

  • You receive access data for your E-Commerce solution within 1 working day.

  • The costs for you ordered product will be deducted from your sales. The difference will be transferred to the bank account you have indicated on a daily basis. 

  • You can easily and conveniently monitor and manage all of the payment activities in your web shop using the mySaferpay administration portal. You have received a text message with your user name (User-ID) for mySaferpay on the mobile number registered with the order. You decide on your password during the ordering process.

  • The contract for accepting American Express, including conditions, is an agreement made with American Express. You will find the necessary documents and information for the order process at www.americanexpress.ch/partneronline/kontakt.

  • To accept PostFinance, you will be sent a pre-filled contract in the order confirmation email. The contract is not automatically forwarded onto PostFinance. If you would like to accept payments from PostFinance, you must forward on the completed and signed contract to PostFinance. You will find all information for acceptance in e-commerce at www.postfinance.ch.
