Pilot Phase Process

After you contact us and confirm your willingness to participate in the pilot phase with one or a maximum of two customers, we will review the participation requirements. Subsequently, you will receive a consignment contract for your test terminal, which you will test in your own infrastructure before the start of the pilot phase.

After a successful internal test, the contract with the pilot customer is concluded, and they will receive the corresponding terminal. Then, the pilot phase can start.

  • You can win one to a maximum of two customers for the pilot phase as our partner.
  • The pilot terminal is freely selectable.
  • The pilot terminal will be gifted to your customer.
  • In the first year, the service package fees for the chosen terminal are waived.

Requirements for Participation

An existing, validated TIM-API integration must already be present.

The participating customer should preferably already have an acquiring contract with Worldline.
