The Worldline Corporate Foundation is a legal entity that is formally registered in France for a period of 5 years. Its mission is to encourage and support non-profit initiatives in the fields of education and environment.

As a registered foundation, it is fully committed to transparency, ethics, and compliance at all times, preparing annual accounts and following financial control regulations. An external audit is carried out annually to ensure compliance.

The Worldline Corporate Foundation is composed of:

• a board of directors that makes all decisions in the interest of the Corporate Foundation;
• a team led by foundation’s director that proposes strategy and projects and implements the decisions of the board of directors;
• a selection committee that reviews the projects submitted by employees.
