Commitment to Whistleblowing protection
Worldline is committed to upholding the highest standards of openness, honesty, integrity, and accountability. Aligned with the European Directive and the Greek law on whistleblowing, we encourage and enable all employees and individuals associated with Worldline (eg. staff members, old and potential new ones, Members of Management, contractors, vendors, and other third parties and their employees) to report in good faith any breach or possible infringement of the applicable regulatory framework (law N. 4990/2022), as well as the Code of Ethics of Worldline.
We encourage the reporting or disclosure of issues that fall within the scope of Greek Law N.4990/2022 and violations in the following areas: public procurement, financial services, products and markets, as well as the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, product safety and compliance, transport safety, environmental protection, protection from radiation and nuclear safety, food and feed safety, animal health and welfare, public health, consumer protection, privacy and personal data protection, and the safety of network and information systems, violations that affect the financial interests of the Union of Article 325 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU) and those specifically defined in the relevant Union measures, violations related to the internal market , as referred to in paragraph 2 of article 26 , including violations of the Union's rules on competition and state aid, as well as violations related to the internal market regarding acts that violate the rules on corporate taxation or arrangements, the purpose of which is to secure a tax advantage which defeats the object or purpose of the applicable corporate taxation

You may submit it anonymously or choose to provide personal details. The procedure implemented by Worldline ensures the confidentiality and protection of any disclosed information, as well as the protection of all individuals who submit a report in good faith. The protection of whistleblowers is a paramount focus, and any form of retaliation or discrimination against individuals reporting in good faith is strictly prohibited and subject to disciplinary action.
