What is RunMyResto?
RunMyResto is a cloud-based software solution for the hospitality industry, developed by HS Soft. Its main component is MobileWaiter, a mobile app that allows service staff to take orders directly at the table and send them to the kitchen or bar. This optimizes internal processes, reduces staff walking distances, and enables cashless payments directly at the guest’s table. The system thus offers an all-in-one POS solution in smartphone format for restaurants, cafés, and events – with Worldline Tap on Mobile, enabling contactless payments via smartphone at the table (NFC or QR payment).
We integrate RunMyResto and Worldline into our daily operations during trade fair days. In all restaurants, all outdoor stands, at the bar, but of course also during events and large-scale events, these systems are indispensable.

Smart payment processing – Worldline Tap on Mobile
Worldline Tap on Mobile is fully integrated into RunMyResto and MobileWaiter. This means your NFC-enabled Android device (e.g., SunMi L2s Pro) can become a mobile payment terminal without extra hardware.
How the integration works
App-to-App Communication: The Worldline Tap on Mobile app communicates directly with the MobileWaiter POS software on the same device.
No manual amount entry: The payable amount is sent directly from MobileWaiter to Worldline Tap on Mobile, avoiding errors.
Optimized workflow: Staff can take orders and accept payments (TWINT, Visa, Mastercard, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) directly at the table, saving trips to stationary terminals.
Digital receipts: Guests can scan or receive receipts via email, reducing paper use.
Central management: All transactions are recorded in RunMyResto POS and can be viewed in the Worldline online portal.
Our error rate has dropped almost to zero. Key figures can be accessed from the central computer, showing who generates revenue where.
