The Light service package is designed to provide basic support for your payment terminals. This includes regular automatic software updates and free 24/7 hotline support.

The hotline is free of charge and can be called 24/7, 365 days a year. As part of the Light service package, you can rely on personal advice from our support team (in four languages). The team will provide instructions on how to use your payment terminals and answer any questions you may have about repairing simple faults.

The Light service package takes care of all software updates for you: these updates ensure your payment terminals are protected by the latest security standards at all times. Not only that, but your data is 100% secure in the event of a fault: all payment terminals are equipped with an internal memory which does not depend on an electricity source to function.
