The Pro service package provides all-round support, leaving you with nothing to worry about. This includes on-site repairs within 24 hours, a free of charge on-site installation and training, and 24/7 hotline support.

Our free hotline is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year as part of the Pro service package. If a payment terminal should stop working correctly, our service technicians will come to your premises within 24 hours (on business days) and either repair the terminal or replace it within the scope of the extended warranty. It doesn’t get more efficient than that.

The Pro package also includes automatic software updates to keep your payment terminals protected by the latest security standards at all times. And if your business has multiple locations, the payment terminals can be moved within your locations at no additional cost.
