Important information for organisers

We have summarised all the important information for you here.

Questions and answers before the event

  • You will only be charged for the activation costs.

  • Worldline offers an all-in-one solution – Cash register system, integrated payment terminal and network – in cooperation with Dinaco/payfix or Avancepay. If you are interested, contact your Worldline contact person to request a quote. Our cash register partners Dinaco/payfix or Avancepay will contact you as soon as possible.

  • In order to set up and store the payment terminals, replacement terminals as well as the cash register systems, we need sufficient space. Please ensure that office or storage space is provided.

  • The delivery time is 30 days from order confirmation.

  • Wi-Fi: 2.4 GhZ and 5 GhZ.  
    You, as the organiser, are responsible for organising the IT infrastructure that enables optimal operation of the payment terminals.

  • Each payment terminal needs its own T13A socket.

  • From 40 terminals onwards, a technician will be on site for set-up, technical support and dismantling. A flat rate of CHF 500 per day will be charged for 10 hours.

  • Should a Worldline Switzerland AG employee be on site, accommodation, meals, important documents (e.g. AAA access cards), parking cards, a list of important numbers, various approvals (if required) will be organised and provided by the organiser.

    We guarantee that the repair will be carried out within 24 hours (Monday through Saturday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm), provided that the payment terminal is at the agreed location.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that the terminals are cleaned and returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.

    Instructions for cleaning your terminal

  • Missing, defective or damaged material will be charged to you in accordance with our “General Terms and Conditions for Payment Terminals” (Page 4, Paragraph 11).

    To avoid additional costs, we recommend that you take out liability insurance to cover any damage to the payment terminals.


Return of the defective terminals

Please note that the defective terminals must be sent to the Service & Repair Center within 48 hours.
