Maxine Elliott
Chief Executive Officer
Maxine joined Worldline in November 2017 after working in the telecommunications and fibre industry for over 14 years. She has experience as a General Manager and CEO in wholesale and B2B markets. With a background in marketing, her experience spans from development of high level strategy to business start-up and hands on implementation of business plans in global and local organisations.
Mahesh Govind
Chief Financial Officer
Mahesh joined Worldline in February 2020. He is an executive leader, with a proven record in delivering shareholder value and business growth across multiple industries. His experience spans across the US, UK, Indonesia and Australia and is passionate about building sustainable long term business capability.
Conrad Morgan
Chief Product & Technology Officer
Conrad is the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Worldline NZ. He is passionate about the future of payments and digital infrastructure in NZ. In particular, Conrad has led the development of OPEN – New Zealand’s leading open banking payments platform and been an inaugural member of the Payment NZ API Centre council. Conrad has worked widely in the technology industry including Payments, Banking, Security, Accounting software and Telco sectors.
Bruce Proffit
Chief Sales Officer
Bruce has been in the payments industry since 2008, focusing primarily on eCommerce solutions before joining the Ingenico group where he led the Bambora business in Australasia. He started at Worldline in early 2020 leading the Sales and Customer Care functions.
Miranda de Nooijer
Chief People Officer
Miranda joined Worldline NZ in September 2021. She is an authentic and values driven leader who is passionate about making a difference and committed to help people reach their full potential. Originally from the Netherlands, Miranda has 20+ years of experience in global organisations such as GE, BNZ, Fonterra and PwC. In her role as Chief People Officer, she is committed to enhance Worldline NZ’s great culture.
