- By letting Worldline take care of your customers’ payments, the merchants can focus and spend time on other things than their payment solution. With Worldline, they can have one supplier that handles all their payments, both online and instore, with one single contact if something were to happen. With our simple and transparent pricing models, without hidden fees, the merchants always know exactly what they are paying for.
-
- Worldline One is a package solution that provides the merchants with everything they need to accept card payments in store, both card terminal and acquiring agreement. The acquiring agreement makes it possible to accept payments from the world's largest card schemes like Visa and Mastercard. The merchant can choose between a wireless and a stationary terminal, no matter what they choose, they can always add smart functions such as invoice in the terminal and dynamic currency conversion. If the merchant is not interested in a package solution, it is also possible to just rent the terminal from Worldline or to sign an independent acquiring agreement with us.
-
- The standard price for Worldline One includes a terminal rent of 25 EUR per month and a transaction fee from 1.45% and down. The merchant's exact transaction fee depends, among other things, on turnover and card mix.
-
- Worldline's standard products are primarily aimed at small and medium-sized businesses. For larger merchants in need of a payment solution, we therefore offer more customized solutions and pricing models. If you have such a customer who needs a payment solution, submit the lead via the form on this page as usual but please describe the customer in the comments field. We will then contact you to discuss which offer we can give the customer.
-
- If you have a customer who meets one or several of the following criteria, we count them as a large customer. You can still fill in the form on this page to submit the lead, but please describe the customer in the comments field, and we will review how we can customize a solution for them.

- In order for us to sign e-retailers as customers, both they and their sites need to meet certain requirements. For example, we need to be able to ensure who owns the domain and if the owner is a different person than the merchant, we need to know that person's relationship to the merchant. We also need to see which products are to be sold on the site and at what prices. The site also needs to have updated contact information that is easy for the consumers to find.
- The merchant's checkout page needs to meet certain requirements for which kind of information the consumers must fill in before the purchase can be completed.
- A detailed guide to the requirements we have on e-commerce sites can be found here.
