Worldline India CSR Report 2026

Driving inclusive growth and sustainable change through accessibility, youth empowerment, climate action, and community engagement across India.

At Worldline India, we believe that technology and social responsibility must go hand in hand. Our CSR initiatives are driven by a commitment to creating measurable impact, building inclusive communities, and enabling sustainable development. The Worldline India CSR Report FY 2025–26 highlights how our efforts continue to strengthen lives and livelihoods through focused interventions in inclusion, youth empowerment, and climate resilience. Grounded in trust and purpose, these initiatives reflect our vision of using innovation to create meaningful social change.

Our CSR initiatives are built around three strategic pillars that reflect our commitment to inclusive growth, community well-being, and sustainable development.

1. Inclusion and Accessibility - In partnership with EnAble India, Worldline India continues to support persons with disabilities through leadership development, mental wellness, and employability initiatives. Aligned with SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities, these programmes reached over 500 PwDs during FY 2025–26, enabling greater confidence, inclusion, and economic participation.

2. Child Welfare and Youth Futures - Through our collaboration with Catalysts for Social Action, Worldline India is strengthening child welfare and youth employability initiatives in line with SDG 4: Quality Education. During the year, 159 children benefited from educational support programmes, while 88 young adults transitioned into sustainable livelihoods within the organized workforce.

3. Climate Action and Water Security - Implemented with Indivish Welfare Foundation, the Jalsanjeevni Project advances SDG 6: Clean Water and Sanitation and SDG 13: Climate Action through water conservation and restoration initiatives in drought-prone regions of Maharashtra. The project created a water harvesting capacity of nearly 70 crore liters, benefiting over 800 farmers and strengthening climate resilience.

Employees as volunteers remain integral to Worldline India’s CSR approach, actively contributing through mentorship, volunteering, and community outreach initiatives. During FY 2025–26, over 250 employees participated in structured volunteering programmes, fostering a culture of purpose-driven engagement and social responsibility.

As we move forward, Worldline India remains committed to creating lasting impact through responsible innovation, inclusive growth, and community partnerships.
