Through the Worldline Corporate Foundation, we aim to strengthen our positive impact and contribute to society in a meaningful way. We fund projects that help mostly young people and women adapt to the major societal, digital, and environmental changes of today and tomorrow.

What we do

The Worldline Foundation offers a more structured approach to our existing local philanthropic initiatives and is, as such, highly reliant on the involvement of Worldline employees. It is a new way of channelling our philanthropic energies to the areas that are closest to our heart and to help our local communities through the hands-on participation of our local Worldline colleagues.

The foundation supports selected initiatives in two fields that are priorities for us: 

Education

As a payment technology company, Worldline is passionate about increasing financial, digital, and scientific inclusion. We want as many people as possible – especially young people and women - to have access to learning opportunities, acquiring the skills that will empower them to adapt to major societal and digital changes.

Environment

The foundation supports actions that preserve our environment and tackle climate change. We reflect our values of innovation and excellence by funding research on reducing carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gas emissions, and by supporting environmental awareness and education initiatives.

We also donate to organisations in response to international crises and natural disasters.

How we act

The Worldline Corporate Foundation implements different types of projects: on the one hand, global multiyear partnerships managed by the Worldline Foundation team; on the other, employee-driven initiatives such as local Share&Care and Collective Solidarity actions.
