With the Premium Pro service package, you benefit from our highest level of support for your payment terminals. This includes an on-site maintenance 7 days a week, the assurance of working in perfect serenity.

The Worldline hotline can be called 24/7, 365 days a year. As part of the Premium Pro service package, you can rely on personal advice from our support team. The team will provide instructions on how to use your payment terminals and answer any questions you may have about repairing simple faults.

The Premium Pro package also includes on-site maintenance (Monday – Sunday from 8 am to 10 pm). The maintenance is done within one business day (public holidays excluded) after consultation with the helpdesk and depending on schedules.

The Premium Pro service package takes care of all software updates for you: these updates ensure your payment terminals are protected by the latest security standards at all times. Not only that, but your data is 100% secure in the event of a fault: all SIX payment terminals are equipped with an internal memory which does not depend on an electricity source to function.
