CSR - How we make a difference.

Our business is all about designing and operating solutions that enable businesses to thrive in a trusted and secure payment environment.

Trust 2025 – our journey to the future.

In 2021 we launched Trust 2025, our five-year roadmap for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Designed after extensive consultations with our stakeholders, Trust 2025 includes far-reaching commitments in all areas of our business, from people, ethics and the value chain to the environment and our support for local communities.

We want to have a positive impact on society.

To maximise the positive impact of our philanthropic actions, we have created the Worldline Corporate Foundation in 2023.

The Foundation provides a framework to support our contribution to social transformation through global partnerships, local Share&Care campaigns in Europe, and collective solidarity actions.

By facilitating our commitment to philanthropic causes, the Worldline Foundation aims to inspire the Worldliners of today and tomorrow to come together for the common good.

How we track our non-financial performance.

We want to accelerate our progress in responding to the CSR challenges faced by our company, our customers and society as a whole. We have set ourselves 16 ambitious targets in our priority areas that we are working to achieve by 2025.
