Following on the signature of the Sustainable Procurement and Supplier Relations (RFAR) Charter in 2024, Worldline has been awarded the Label RFAR on 12 March 2026. This label, following an independent third party audit, is the only one aligned with the ISO 20 400 standard relating to responsible purchasing. This is a voluntary certification that recognises Worldline’s initiatives in the field of sustainable procurement, as well as our commitment to driving continuous improvement in compliance, supplier risk management and ESG standards, both within Worldline and across our ecosystem.

Across Worldline Group, encompassing all our entities and suppliers, this certification highlights:

  • the professionalism of our buyers in fostering sustainable and balanced supplier relationships
  • the centralised and systematic management of supplier risks and the prevention of corruption
  • the integration of CSR criteria at all key stages of the supplier relationship (RFP selection, onboarding, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, etc.)
  • the strategic alignment between CSR and Procurement departments, with Sustainable Procurement being one of the pillars of the new Worldline TRUST2030 CSR Program

This recognition provides a certified response to RFPs, which acts as a differentiating lever, aligning with the objectives of the National Action Plan for Sustainable and Responsible Public Purchasing (PNAD) for public RFPs in France.

This label is a key milestone in Worldline sustainability journey that encourages us to keep moving forward and to continue to strengthen our various sustainable procurement initiatives!

Please note that, in order to improve conflict management, our suppliers can now contact Worldline’s internal mediator at mediator@worldline.com. The mediator is a Worldline employee who is not part of either the procurement department or the legal team, in order to provide suppliers with an independent channel of communication for conflict resolution.
