Marc-Henri Desportes
Chief Executive Officer and Head of Merchant Services
Marc-Henri Desportes is CEO from October 1st, 2024, for an interim period. Since 2024, Marc-Henri Desportes was managing the Merchant Services Global Business Line. After being General Manager in 2013, he has been appointed in 2018 as Deputy CEO of Worldline to lead all its business lines and operations with an ambition to act every day to provide Worldline’s clients with sustainable, trusted and secure solutions across the payment value chain, fostering their business growth wherever they are. Marc-Henri is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and of the Ecole des Mines de Paris. He began his career at the French Ministry of Finances from 2000 to 2005, and joined the BNP Paribas group, in charge of audit coordination from 2005 to 2006, and became Chief Information Officer at BNL, BNP Paribas’ Italian subsidiary. In 2009, he joined the Atos group as an ExCom Member and Director of the Global Innovation Business Development & Strategy Global Business Lines, then, Director of the High Technology Settlement Services and Specialized Activities Business Unit in July 2011.
Alessandro Baroni
Head of Financial Services
Since 2022, Alessandro Baroni has been Head of Financial Services aiming at driving Worldline to the next level of sustainable performance in these activities. He was previously Deputy Head of this Global Business Line since 2020. Alessandro holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Bocconi University, Milan. Previously, he was Chief Business Divisions Officer after being Chief Market Officer for Financial Services in Worldline. Before Equens was acquired by Worldline in 2016, he has been part of  Equens’ Board of Directors since 2011, first as responsible of the cards business, then as Group CIO and finally as CMO. He joined Equens in 2008 upon the incorporation of Equens Italia, the Italian entity set up by ICBPI and Equens SE as a vehicle for their strategic partnership, for which Alessandro was in a leading role since its origination. Prior to joining Equens, Alessandro worked for the Boston Consulting Group in Milan and Toronto as a consultant.
Lisa Coleman
Group Head of Operational Performance
Since March 2020, Lisa Coleman is Group Head of Operational Performance responsible for improving operational performance and efficiency through transformation programs. From 2022, the role expanded to include all Pre and Post Merger and Acquisition Integration projects. She is also responsible for the transversal view of Group Transformation projects. In 2018, Lisa became a member of Worldlines Executive Committee and is the Exec sponsor for the Diversity & Inclusion Program as part of the Trust2025 commitments. Lisa joined Worldline in 2014 as Managing Director for all activities within the UK and Ireland which included significant contracts to the transport, retail and hospitality markets. In 2017, her scope included the group’s Mobility & Transactional Services business in Germany and Austria. Lisa joined the Atos group in 1992, performing various managerial roles in the UK public sector and took overall responsibility for business development and growth in the UK health sector.
Charles-Henri de Taffin
General Secretary
Group Head of Legal, Contract Management & Compliance
Since 2017, Charles-Henri de Taffin has been General Counsel, Head of Legal, Contract Management and Compliance. He received a Postgraduate Degree (DEA) in business law from the University of Paris X – Nanterre and a Postgraduate Degree (DESS) in litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution from the University of Paris II – Panthéon Assas. He spent 9 years as a business lawyer in the international law firm, Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, international contract law but also on arbitration and dispute resolution. In 2013, Charles-Henri joined the Legal department of the Atos group and particularly contributed, as Head of Legal Special & Strategic Projects, to the main acquisitions, financing and capital markets transactions, including Worldline’s IPO. In 2016, he became Deputy General Counsel for Atos France.
Christophe Duquenne
Group Chief Technology & Operations
Christophe Duquenne has been appointed as the Group’s Chief Technology Officer in 2013 and additionally as Chief Operations Officer in 2016. His commitment is to ensure that technology and operational processes enable the Group to meet its objectives of business development, profitability, excellence and innovation, with a passion for developing and thriving the Tech community of the Group. Christophe is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale in Paris. He joined the Atos group in 1987 as a Software Engineer. After having held numerous managerial positions he participated in the creation of Atos Worldline in 2003. Before his current roles, he has been Head of the business activities in Worldline France for six years, and of the Merchant Service Global Business Line for three years.
Florence GalloisÂ
Chief People OfficerÂ
Florence Gallois has more than 25 years of experience in leading HR projects within big international and high-tech experts companies. She started her career in recruitment and then joined Thales where she spent 14 years in various international HR positions in the fields of aeronautics, cybersecurity and defense. Florence joined CGG as Head of HR and Talent Development, and Head of Group Corporate University. In 2016, she joined Zodiac Aerospace as Head of HR for Zodiac Seats, shortly becoming Safran Seats after the acquisition of Zodiac by Safran in 2018. In 2020, she becomes Head of Human Resources of ArianeGroup, a company created in 2015 at the initiative of Airbus Group and Safran and owned 50/50 by the two groups. Florence Gallois is a graduate of the Aix en Provence IAE (France). She is a French and British national and has lived in the UK for seven years.
Caroline JĂ©sĂ©quelÂ
Head of Mobility & e-Transactional Services
Since 2022, Caroline Jéséquel is leading MTS Global Business Line which has been taking strong positions in 3 major pillars of growth: building and operating trusted services for all markets, developing our services on Transport and Mobility, and proposing to our customers our Contact Center as a Service Product for managing their omnichannel customers interactions. All these activities involve our Worldline products portfolio, from digital services to payments. Caroline holds a Master of Management from the French high business school Institut Supérieur du Commerce. She has been working in Consulting and IT services for more than 26 years. In 2014, she joined Worldline to develop MTS French business as Head of Sales, then as Chief Market Officer of MTS, a position she’s been leading successfully since 2020, managing MTS Sales development activities across France, the UK, Germany, Spain and Latam region. Before joining Worldline Caroline worked in Atos for 9 years and in Sema Group for 8 years.
Joe Katz
Chief Risk Officer
Since March 2024, Joe Katz has been Chief Risk Officer at Worldline aiming to create a risk and control framework and position that provides comfort to all stakeholders. Prior to joining Worldline, he was Chief Finance and Risk Officer at payments company Mollie BV. Previously, Joe held multiple commercial and risk functions at ING Group and ING Bank including global head of credit risk management and Chief Risk Officer of ING Netherlands. Joe holds a bachelor’s in finance and economics as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from Stern School of Business at New York University.Â
Grégory Lambertie
Group Chief Financial Officer
GrĂ©gory Lambertie was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer in April 2022. Prior to assuming the CFO role, Gregory was Head of Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions and Public & Regulatory Affairs at Worldline, which he joined in 2020 after serving as SVP Strategy and M&A at Ingenico. He is a Board member of Worldline’s Joint Ventures with the German Savings Banks (PAYONE), ANZ (Worldline Australia), and BNP Paribas (Worldline MS Italia). Gregory is a graduate of HEC Paris and of Sciences Po Paris. He started his career in London, working in Private Equity and Investment banking. He brings expertise in the financial services as well as tech industry and a track record of delivering complex deals.Â
Paul Marriott-Clarke
Head of Merchant Services
Paul Marriott-Clarke joined Worldline as the Head of Merchant Services in October 2024. He is responsible for leading the Merchant Service organisation in powering the growth of the millions of businesses we serve globally, from small enterprises to large retailers. An engineer by training, Paul started his business career with McKinsey & Company in the UK and then in Australia. He was a founding executive of Metro Bank, opening the UK’s first new high street bank in 100 years in London in 2010. He worked as Chief Commercial Officer and then CEO of PayPal Europe. He is a customer obsessed digital leader who has worked across both Banking and Payments. Most recently he served as the Head of Customer & Digital at Barclays UK.
