Worldline wins Banking & Innovation prize for its "Digital Assistant"
Paris, October 1st, 2015 - At the Banking & Innovation trade show held October 1st, Worldline [Euronext: WLN] won a top Banking & Innovation prize for its "Digital Assistant" solution. Worldline provides a digital assistant that can support customers in their everyday lives via a mobile banking app with advice tailored to their profile.
Backed by our digital platform, the Digital Assistant detects user internet actions by linking customer profiles to context - i.e. smartphone location, internet browsing etc. - in order to give customers relevant assistance at the right time on all mobile devices including cellphones, tablets and smartwatches. Assistance may come in the form of an immediate response to an application for funds or a partner offering based on shopping plans.
As driver of high-tech banking web initiatives, Worldline provides banks latest-technology services including multichannel, wallet, mobile banking, context-based services, big data, Personal Finance Management etc, to build even closer relationships with customers.
