Worldline Hospitality Suite was developed to increase convenience and enhance the experience for hotel guests while improving usability and staff efficiency.

Worldline Hospitality Suite offers a range of cloud-based payment capabilities, integrated with Oracle OPERA Cloud Property Management System (PMS). The full-service offering includes face-to face and online acceptance, acquiring services and dynamic currency conversion. It has been designed to manage various hospitality use cases, eventuality irrespective of hotel size, from pre-authorisation to top-ups, or subsequent billing for no-shows. By relying on strong payment gateway capabilities, the solution is configured to cover customer needs on all channels, across 27 countries, including omnichannel customer journeys through its powerful tokenisation services.

Worldline’s integration with Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud PMS, is available on the Oracle Cloud Marketplace, reducing the cost and complexity for merchants by enabling them to scale and expand their payment solutions without any additional adaption or certification, thereby maximising sales while reducing running costs.

Hotels can benefit from an enhanced guest experience thanks to the acceptance of all major payment cards and alternative payment methods, as well as Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) for optimized payment fees and transparency, and operational efficiency through integration with the management systems and a simple reconciliation process.

Chris Lanckbeen, Global Sales Director Travel & Hospitality at Worldline, commented: “Our collaboration with Oracle and achieving Oracle Validated Integration with Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud Expertise signifies an important milestone for us; it demonstrates Worldline’s commitment as a European payment partner for the hospitality industry, offering a full-service package which is completely integrated into the hotel infrastructure, enabling hotels to deliver on their omnichannel goals.”

Eric Hallerberg, Vice President EMEA Sales
