Merger of Bambora AB into Worldline NV (Archimedes project)

NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS, CREDITORS AND EMPLOYEES OR REPRESENTATIVES OF EMPLOYEES OF WORLDLINE NV AND BAMBORA AB (CHAPTER 23, SECTION 41A OF THE SWEDISH COMPANIES ACT) 

According to the common merger terms, Bambora AB, reg.no 556233-9423, is intended to be merged into its parent company Worldline NV, reg.no 0418.547.872, by way of a cross-border upstream merger.

Worldline NV owns all the outstanding shares in Bambora AB. Through the planned cross-border merger, Bambora AB will cease to exist and all assets and liabilities of Bambora AB will be transferred to Worldline NV as described in the common merger terms.

Shareholders, creditors and employees or representatives of employees of Worldline NV and Bambora AB may submit written comments on the common merger terms. Any comments must be addressed to:

Any comments must be sent no later than five (5) business days prior to the board of directors’ of Bambora AB decision to apply for permission to implement the common merger terms (the date will be confirmed at the website of Bambora AB).
