Worldline VABOX, a sleek, compact and robust sound box for an instant notification as soon as a payment is received.
It is very common to see a QR code as an available payment option in small stores as well as large chain stores these days. However, the extensive adoption also brings along a few challenges. During the day-to-day business functioning, merchants need to keep checking their phones while accepting payments from e-wallets, UPI or other digital payment modes to confirm the customers’ payments.
The two most common issues faced by merchants are -
High chances of missed payments
During rush hours of business, it can prove difficult to constantly keep checking the notifications and messages to ensure that payment has been received from customers. This might lead to high chances of missing a few payments or issues during reconciliation later.
Customer waiting time
Due to network issues, there can be a lag between payment deduction and receipt. Long customer waiting time is an important element that influences a customer’s shopping experience. It is essential for merchants to efficiently manage the customers’ wait time and offer a fast checkout experience. These challenges will exist but there are solutions with which the merchants can receive seamless, glitch-free payment confirmations. One such method is Worldline VABOX, a sleek, compact and robust sound box for an instant notification as soon as a payment is received.
