Service Package Classic

The Worldline Classic service package lets you enjoy basic support for your payment terminals. It includes not only free software updates, but also telephone support via our free hotline, which is available 24 hours a day, as well as an on-site maintenance service.

The Worldline hotline is free of charge and can be called 24/7, 365 days a year. As part of the Classic service package, you can rely on personal advice from our support team. The team will provide instructions on how to use your payment terminals and answer any questions you may have about repairing simple faults.

The Classic package also includes on-site maintenance (Monday – Friday from 8 am to 5 pm). The maintenance is done within one business day (public holidays excluded) after consultation with the helpdesk and depending on schedules.

The Classic service package takes care of all software updates for you: these updates ensure your payment terminals are protected by the latest security standards at all times. Not only that, but your data is 100% secure in the event of a fault: all Worldline payment terminals are equipped with an internal memory which does not depend on an electricity source to function.
