Service Package Premium

The Worldline Premium service package gives you extended support for your payment terminals. In addition to the services in the Classic package, it also allows you access to an on-site maintenance service up to 10 pm, Saturdays included.

The Worldline hotline is free of charge and can be called 24/7, 365 days a year. As part of the Premium service package, you can rely on personal advice from our support team. The team will provide instructions on how to use your payment terminals and answer any questions you may have about repairing simple faults.

The Premium package also includes on-site maintenance (Monday – Saturday from 8 am to 10 pm). The maintenance is done within one business day (public holidays excluded) after consultation with the helpdesk and depending on schedules.

The Premium service package takes care of all software updates for you: these updates ensure your payment terminals are protected by the latest security standards at all times. Not only that, but your data is 100% secure in the event of a fault: all Worldline terminals are equipped with an internal memory which does not depend on an electricity source to function.
