Ottmar Bloching
CEO PAYONE
Ottmar Bloching was appointed CEO of the PAYONE joint venture, a jointly owned company of Worldline and the German DSV Group, in 2023. Ottmar Bloching, a qualified banker, can look back on three decades of wide-ranging expertise in the finance and payment industry. Before joining PAYONE, he had been a member of the DSV Group's management board since 2015, where he was responsible for all payment-related topics. In this role, he was one of the key drivers for the transformation of PAYONE's predecessor companies into today's PAYONE GmbH, one of the leading payment service providers in Germany and Austria. Prior to his career as a member of DSV Group’s management, Ottmar Bloching held various positions focusing on payment and card strategies at Citicorp Kartenservice, Commerzbank, Credit Suisse and the umbrella organisation of Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, namely Deutscher Sparkassen- und Giroverband (DSGV). In 2007, he moved to Visa Europe as General Manager Germany, where he rose to Regional Managing Director Central Europe in 2014.
Pierre-Emmanuel Degermann
Group Head of M&A and Development
Pierre-Emmanuel Degermann has been in charge of M&A and Corporate Development since May 2022, structuring business expansion opportunities and leading the external growth ambition of the group. Pierre-Emmanuel is an expert in Corporate and Business Development with a track record of managing international corporate development initiatives, strategic projects and partnerships. Pierre-Emmanuel is a graduate from ESSEC Business School in Paris. He has held several senior positions in M&A and Business Development. Previously, he was Head of M&A at Ingenico, until the merger with Worldline in 2020. He has also worked in Business Development at Tereos, an agro-industrial group. From 2007 to 2013, he worked at Citi Investment Banking division in London and Paris, where he was involved in many M&A, financing, and capital market operations across Europe.
Sébastien Mandron
Group Head CSR & Real Estate
Since 2017, Sébastien Mandron is CSR Officer to transform how we operate launching constantly new CSR initiatives, and improving performance rewarded by the largest International extra-financial rating agencies. Sébastien holds a degree in economics (Paris Assas University) and a Master's degree in Financial Engineering (Sorbonne University). In 2014, he was appointed CSR officer for structuring, organizing and developing the company's CSR strategy. Sébastien was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Club of Sustainable Development Directors. In 2020, he joined the Board of Directors of the Pacte Mondial France from the United Nations. Sébastien is also leading Real Estate footprint optimization and defining the new ways of working for our 130 sites. He joined Worldline in 2011 to accelerate the company's operational transformation. He began his career at PwC Consulting before joining Atos Group in 2003, where he was responsible for three major transformation programs dedicated to improving operational performance, business performance and employee well-being.
Pascal Mauzé
Chief Revenue Officer, Financial Services
As Chief Revenue Officer since 2024, Pascal Mauzé’s objective is the commercial performance optimization and revenue growth of Financial Services. Developing innovative strategies allows to strengthen Worldline’s market position and expand its client portfolio in this sector. Previously, Pascal was Group Head of Communication, Marketing & Sales Performance, Pascal Mauzé where he lead transformative initiatives at Worldline. Since 2017, as Head of Sales & Marketing, Pascal has been instrumental in creating a Marketing & communication agency, an Innovation and Experience Center, a Large Deals team, and driving Sales transformation and group rebranding. Pascal holds a graduate degree in Engineering from IMT Atlantique and a Master's degree from Université Paris-Dauphine. He also has a background in international management from HEC and is a certified professional coach. With over 25 years of experience in Business Unit and Sales Management roles at top-tier companies like Cisco, Ingenico, Atos, and Accenture, Pascal has a comprehensive understanding of the industry that he leverages to drive growth and innovation at Worldline.
Vincent Roland
Group Head of Strategic Developments and Partnerships
Since 2022, Vincent Roland is Group Head of Strategic Developments and Partnerships to further position the Group within the payment ecosystem. Vincent is a graduate from Ecole Polytechnique de l’Université de Louvain and holds a MBA degree from the Solvay Business School. Before Worldline, he had joined the Point group as Senior Vice-President in 2010. Following the acquisition of Point by VeriFone in 2011, he took over the payment services business in the Verifone Executive Committee. Previously, he joined First Data as SVP EMEA and Banksys as CEO, before Banksys was acquired by Atos Worldline. In 2016, he started managing the Merchant Services business line of Worldline, building strong, trusted and added-value relationships with merchants and key partners, multiplying the size of Worldline’s Merchant Services business through organic growth and acquisitions.
Venkata Sriramagiri
Head of Worldline Global Services
Since 2022, Venkata Sriramagiri is Head of Worldline Global Services, the Global Competency Center of Worldline in India. He is responsible for scaling up this competence center strongly collaborating with the Worldline Global Business Lines for ensuring consistent and stable execution, achieving best in class Great Place to Work® scores and retaining high-quality talent. Venkat holds a postgraduate degree in Computer Science and Engineering. Venkat is a seasoned leader with over three decades of experience in the banking and IT services sectors. In 2019, he joined Worldline as the Chief Operating Officer for Worldline India Business. In this role, he streamlined the Merchant Services India Technology and Operations with a focus on strong governance, automation and Agile execution. He also played a key role in the integration of the Ingenico and Worldline businesses in India. Previously, Venkat worked at Citibank and ANZ Bank, and IT services majors such as Wipro and Tata, in building and scaling up global competency centers for global organizations. He has a proven track record of delivering business value, driving innovation and leading transformational initiatives.
