What does a typical day look like within public and regulatory affairs at Worldline?
As a Key Account Manager, my days are never the same, there is always something new and I think that’s the beauty of it. But typically, I start the with a strong cup of coffee while going through my emails, and after that I usually have some check-ins with my colleagues and customers. My days are very dynamic and unpredictable, which is really nice!
What’s special about working at Worldline?
The best thing about Worldline is the people who work here. Everyone is very friendly and supportive - from the intern up to the top management - and that is well reflected in our culture. I feel appreciated and empowered to go further every day. You could say that Worldine enables me to be the best version of myself at work, which also helps me bring a lot of positive energy in my conversations with our customers.
How do you develop and grow at Worldline?
I’d say Worldline is all about development and growth! There are so many brilliant people with different nationalities, languages, and cultures, and I learn a lot from them. And as both our company and industry are changing fast, there are always new types of challenges which bring lots of learning opportunities. On top of that there are excellent training courses and tools as well as inspiring events which really helps you develop and grow your skills all the time.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years from now?
I definitely think that I’ll still be working at Worldline in five years from now. I have so many professional interests here, I appreciate the culture and I really experience this sense of self-improvement and professional growth every day. So I don’t think I will be bored in the years to come.
