What's a typical day in the life of an Office & Culture Coordinator at Worldline?

My days are filled with a variety of tasks, and almost every day looks a bit different. I facilitate a welcoming and positive workplace in our physical and virtual office, organize social events, and work closely with HR to perform administrative tasks.

How does the work you do as Office & Culture Coordinator impact the world around us?

My job is to make sure that our staff feel comfortable, safe and engaged. If they’re happy, then happy clients will follow.

What do you think is the next big thing in cultural engagement?

In light of the pandemic, I´m convinced that virtual corporate culture and virtual employee engagement is the next big thing. Basically, making work as virtual-friendly as possible.

What's the best thing about working at Worldline?

The best thing about working at Worldline is the array of global opportunities provided and the access to global resources for learning and development. Also, our office in Victoria, Canada is really nice and has an outdoor patio!

How has Worldline helped you develop and grow professionally?

I get to work with very talented and aspiring people from all over the world. I’m very lucky to have an amazing team that challenges me to grow and facilitates a safe learning environment. Another little bonus we get at Worldline is access to LinkedIn Learning!

What are the culture and people like at Worldline?

Our office has a very close-knit feel. We love learning together during our lunch and learn sessions, and we hang out after work playing foosball or board games. We work on a hybrid model, which makes our time together feel special!

What's key to success when working in a global company like Worldline?

In a global and fast-moving organization like this one, I think it´s important to not be afraid to voice your ideas and utilize global resources for success. You can do so much more if you combine talents and ideas to create something innovative.

What has been your highlight at Worldline so far?

It might not qualify as a specific highlight, but our leaders are very passionate and empathetic. They truly listen and do their absolute best to address any concerns my colleagues and I might have.
That´s a highlight to me!
