As a Senior Project Manager, I start my day by digging into my emails and creating a list of tasks in the order of priority. Each day throws in new challenges and some require urgent attention at times. The day progresses with coordinating, collaborating with different teams, and deriving workable solutions.
We try to brainstorm to enhance the features and functionalities provided to the client. Also, there are interactions with customers who use our product to understand their requirements. The day typically ends with setting up discussions for the next day.
