In her various leadership roles, Caroline has helped businesses establish customer first strategies to benefit business bottom line and drive customer engagement for the long term. Since joining Worldline UK in 2020, Caroline has established a new area dedicated to driving Customer Success, ensuring customer needs are better met through enhanced dedicated relationship management and customer service delivery. With a background in Customer Insight, Caroline advocates an insight driven approach to customer service, using customer experience measurement and customer research to inform the direction of service development and delivery, ensuring customer needs are anticipated and achieved in a way that is low effort for the customer and cost effective for the business.
