Charlotte managed for several years a research project on natural language processing tools for conversational interfaces. At Worldline Labs, she has been working more broadly on innovative customer experience use cases and applied artificial intelligence. As a member of the Worldline Discovery Hub, she is currently exploring topics related to financial inclusion and e-Ethics.
